GENERAL
Is this a car-only show? We offer 3 different seating experiences. You can walk in, take a seat and enjoy the show from our BOOM ZONES, or SPLASH ZONES (if you are feeling adventurous) or you may drive in and enjoy CARABOOM within the comfort of YOUR CAR. Please note, VIP CAR Tickets are limited to 14 tickets per show.
Is the show suitable for children? YES! CARABOOM has no rated-R content. If your kid likes Cirque du Soleil's clown routines, the Slava's Snow Show, then your kid may love CARABOOM!
What if it rains? In the event of a weather related cancellation, all buyers will be notified and provided with options to reschedule or cancel their tickets.
What payment methods do you accept on location? We accept all major credit cards including Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard. No Cash purchases will be accepted.

Can I gift this experience? YES. Purchase a ticket as you would normally, add the name and email of the person you wish to gift this experience to.
What is the refund policy? All sales are final.
What is your ticket transfer policy? You may change the name on your ticket.
Will you allow refunds for those unable to attend due to COVID? For those unable to attend due to COVID, you may move the ticket to an alternative time should inventory/scheduling allow.
What happens if I lose my ticket? Please check your email. You should have received an email from Universe with your ticket included right after purchasing. If you still cannot locate your ticket, log in to your Universe account and select 'My Tickets'.
BOOM ZONE EXPERIENCE
Participatory Experience
How participatory is the BOOM ZONE Experience? You will be encouraged to cheer and learn a few moves or two. If you just want to chill, totally fine too.
What should I wear for the BOOM ZONE? Wear comfortable shoes, come fabulous, colourful, chill, silly, in your alter-ego, superbly idiotic, just you, anything goes.
Will I get wet in the BOOM ZONE too? You may get drizzled on. We recommend you bring an umbrella or poncho regardless, should it rain in the middle of the show.
SPLASH ZONE EXPERIENCE
Immersive Experience
Will I get foamed on in the SPLASH ZONE? If you purchase a SPLASH ZONE Ticket, you will get foamed on! Fear not: we will give you a complimentary EcoRain Poncho.
Is your foam safe for humans? YES! We use only the highest quality solution for our foam. It is biodegradable, non-staining, non-toxic and hypoallergenic! It is also safe for babies, pets, the environment including lawns and gardens.
What is the SPLASH ZONE experience all about? Feeling adventurous? Book individual seats or pairs of seats along the Runway Ring and get ready for splash-filled action! Sustainable Ponchos provided. YOU MAY GET SPLASHED AND FOAMED ON and may want to pack that extra towel too. Very experiential. Very Instagrammable. Please note performers will interact with you, within safety guidelines.
What are your ponchos made out of? We are proud to partner with Green Gear Supply. Their EcoRain Ponchos are made from sugarcane ethanol, a renewable resource, and help reduce greenhouse gas emissions and include sustainable packaging. Green Gear Supply contributes to environmental non-profits through their partnership with 1% for the Planet.
VIP CAR EXPERIENCE
Interactive Experience
VIP CAR Ticket holders: Park directly in the Caraboom Lot, Please arrive up to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled show time. There is NO LATE PARKING for VIP CAR Tickets once the show has commenced.
What types of cars are you allowing for the VIP CAR Experience? Minis, Compact, Sedans, SUVs, Vans and Standard Sized Pickup Trucks are welcomed to the Runway Ring!
What types of cars are NOT ALLOWED for the VIP CAR Experience? Super Duty or Elevated Pickup trucks, extra large Vans, open-air type vehicles such as dune buggies, large go-karts, golf carts and similar types are not allowed at this time.
How will you interact with my car? CARABOOM is an interactive simulated car wash performance which may include the interaction of performers with your vehicle, including touching of our vehicle, attachment of soft contraptions to your vehicle, and the attempted cleaning of your vehicle. Foam and water may get on your vehicle. Please be sure to read our terms and conditions upon purchasing a ticket.
Will I hear sound and music from my car? YES, Drivers and Passengers can tune their car radios to our low power FM station.
Will my car get foamed on? YES. Foam and water may get on your vehicle.

COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS AND PRECAUTIONS
Live Arts Miami and Caraboom are fully committed to the health and well-being of every visitor and staff member. All visitors and staff will be required to practice social distancing while tightly fitting masks are strongly encouraged. No visitor or staff will be granted entry if they are demonstrating symptoms of COVID-19 or have been determined to have had trace-contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19. Capacity is limited. Please note that by purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by the health and safety guidelines put in place by CARABOOM and MIAMI DADE COLLEGE and recommended by the state of Florida and/or the CDC at the time of the event.
What if I'm showing symptoms of Covid-19? If you are showing symptoms of Covid-19, please do not plan on attending this event, and take good care of yourself.
What's the social distancing policy? CARABOOM is a fully outdoor experience. BOOM ZONE seats are set with social distancing in mind, SPLASH ZONE seats are distributed throughout the Runway Ring, as single seats or pairs, drivers and passengers with VIP CAR Tickets are safe within the comfort of their vehicles.
TIMING
How long does the show last? Each Performance lasts 60-80 minutes.
How many shows do you have a day? We offer 2 shows a day, the first show starting at 7pm and the second starting at 9pm.
What time should I arrive? Please arrive up to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled show time. Don’t be late for this very important date. The show cannot go on with you!

Where will the event be? CARABOOM takes place in downtown Miami, in the heart of Miami’s Cultural scene, adjacent to the Freedom Tower, across the street from Bayside at MDC Wolfson Campus, Lot 1, 233 NE 5th St, Miami, FL 33130
Where is the event entrance for BOOM ZONE Tickets? BOOM ZONE tickets enter through the pedestrian gate on the NE 5th Street side of the Caraboom Lot. If you park in Garage A: walking directions from Garage A to the Caraboom Parking Lot

Are there indoor spaces? CARABOOM is fully outdoors, we recommend bringing umbrellas should the weather drizzle.

YES, free parking for BOOM ZONE tickets is available at Miami Dade College Wolfson Campus Parking Garage A, located just west of the Caraboom Lot at 500 NE 2nd Ave. Enter on NE 6th Street or NE 5th Street.Please do not attempt to park in the Caraboom Lot if you do not have a VIP Car ticket.

Can I be dropped off at the lot? YES, drop-offs are allowed on the street but not in the lot.
Can I take public transportation to CARABOOM? YES, please take the MetroRail to Government Center and transfer to the Metro Mover. Exit at College North Station.
Can I bring food and water into the event? Factory-sealed water bottles and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. You may bring food as well, but it is subject to searching and confiscation at security's discretion.
ACCESSIBILITY
Is ADA parking availble? YES, ADA parking is available and free in our Caraboom Performance Lot, located at 233 NE 5th St, Miami, FL 33130.
Are there restrooms on location? Audience restrooms are available in the Parking Garage A across the street from the Caraboom Lot. Enter the building and continue straight through the double doors.
MERCHANDISE PICK UP
I purchased a CARABOOM Pet Brain, where do I pick it up? You can pick up your Caraboom Pet Brain on location upon check-in or after the show.

May I take pictures? Yes, please spread the joy!
Can I attend virtually? There will be no external streaming or virtual activities for this edition of CARABOOM.
Will there be security? Security will be stationed on location, in the event of any safety concerns.
